Returns & Refund Policy
At TKTX Official, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an order or have an issue with a product, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in accordance with our returns policy and applicable UK consumer rights.
Change of Mind Returns
For eligible online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period. After notifying us, eligible goods should be returned to us within 14 days.
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original, unopened packaging where applicable
- Complete with all original packaging, labels and accessories
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.
Sealed Products and Hygiene
Some products may be sealed for health, hygiene or product-protection reasons.
Where a product is sealed and is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may no longer apply once the product has been unsealed after delivery, where permitted by applicable law.
For this reason, please do not open or use a sealed product if you are considering returning it due to a change of mind.
This restriction does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrectly supplied
- Not as described
please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy.
How to Request a Return

- Details of the product you wish to return
- Photographs if the product is damaged or faulty
We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not send products to an address other than the return address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs
For a change-of-mind cancellation, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, we will address the return and remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and assessed, we will process the applicable refund.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
For online cancellations, applicable UK consumer rules generally require the refund to be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Where required by law, the refund will also include the cost of standard delivery. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable where permitted by law.
Products Returned in an Unused Condition
Products returned because of a change of mind should remain unused and in their original condition.
If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, applicable law may allow a deduction from the refund to reflect any resulting reduction in value.
Orders Cancelled Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before dispatch. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, you may need to follow the normal cancellation and return procedure.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team before returning the product.
Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may be able to arrange an exchange. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
